Free Lecture: Helpful and Harmful Habits

  • Livestream via Zoom (map)

Ayurveda teaches us to discern wisely and make choices accordingly. While helpful habit change is for the best, transitions to evolve these habits are often difficult. Human nature is usually wired to resist change and it is beneficial to focus not only on what drives behaviors but also to understand what disrupts them.

Gaining control of disrupting obstacles through Ayurvedic psychology reveals how negative, hurtful memories are tagged to experiences that get anchored in our neurology. When we focus on strategies that overcome obstacles such as perfectionism, procrastination, and other addictive tendencies, we can cultivate our actual desires and make changes for the better.
