In this latest book in her best-selling series, faculty member Kate O’Donnell offers readers a comprehensive wellness plan based on ancient Ayurvedic wisdom. This detailed guide outlines every step of foundational Ayurvedic practices that can be easily integrated into a reader’s self-care routine to uplift physical health and state of mind. To kick off the celebration, Kate demonstrates how to make her signature Cukamint Mocktail (see ingredients below) and then tells us all about her new book.

Part 2: Ayurvedic Health Counselor Training Info Session
Boston Ayurveda School’s Director Kim Valeri Povey presents information about the Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) training, which includes the new Personalized Ayurveda Immersion. Both programs have online educational opportunities. In the AHC training, you’ll learn how to take a complete lifestyle history evaluation and advise clients on individualized wellness needs. The scope of the AHC training includes cooking, diet, home remedies, stress management, psychology, daily circadian rhythms, seasonal routines, and more.
